Q1. What membership options are available?

You can choose from a wide variety of membership types designed to suit your lifestyle.
Multi-Club Membership:  With multi-club access, you can use any of our locations with full access to all the group fitness classes and facilities included in the regular membership of the location you are attending.  In addition, this membership includes towel service, so no need to bring your own.
Regular Membership: Whether close to home or close to work, this membership is great for those people that only wish to use one of our locations.  This membership includes full access to that one facility and includes all the classes and programs offered at that location.  This membership also provides a towel service option for those individuals who don’t want the hustle of bringing the towel to the gym for each workout.
Short Term and Month-to- Month Memberships:  While most fitness facilities only provide an annual membership option, at Wynn Fitness we recognize that this simply just doesn’t work for everyone.  So we proudly offer a variety of short term memberships as well as a month-to-month option.

Student Memberships:  With a valid student ID, we also have options for students for the summer.  These memberships include a 2, 3, 4 and 5 month option. (Available April to August).

Q2. How old do I have to be to join?

Members must be at least 18 years of age to join.  Ages 16-17 may join and exercise independent of an adult, with signed parental consent. Children 13-15 years of age may exercise in our clubs with signed parental consent and adult supervision during the time they are in our facility.

Q3. Are there any hidden costs?

No, there are no hidden costs to joining Wynn Fitness Clubs or accessing any of our programs and services. We are committed to providing complete transparency in our processes. All fees and obligations will be discussed and are outlined very clearly on our agreements. We encourage questions and are happy to discuss all aspects of Wynn Fitness memberships, programs and services. At the time of joining, we do not have a registration fee, a card fee or any other costs aside from a minimal annual membership fee outlined in our agreements.

Q4. Do I have to pay for the group fitness classes?

All regular group fitness classes on our schedules are included in your membership.  We do also offer some programs at an additional cost that will be indicated with an * such as WynnMAX at our Toronto East (Scarborough) location and Elite Martial Arts (Mississauga, Toronto Downtown, and Toronto West). Q5. What extras can I add to my membership?

Though all amenities, equipment, most classes and services are included with your membership cost, you can also choose to add some other exciting options: Towel service, Wynn Physio therapy sessions, Personal Training, WynnMax membership, Elite Martial Arts or Twist Performance classes, and Multi-Club Access tare all available at very competitive and affordable prices. Q6. Does it cost extra for the WynnMAP Orientation Program with 3 one-on- one sessions?

No, the WynnMap program is complimentary and gives you the opportunity to work individually with your own personal trainer, to assist you in setting realistic goals and creating a customized and achievable fitness plan that delivers the results you want, safely and quickly. This is a great way to get started on you fitness journey, providing the comfort and confidence necessary to make the most of your exercise experience.

Q7. Do I pay extra for the InBody 570 Fitness Assessment?

No, this amazing service is also complimentary for new and existing members. The InBody 570 technology allows us to create the most effective training program, tailor-made for your body and individual goals, maximizing and even reducing the time you spend in the gym. The test is quick, simple and non-invasive, providing results that allow us the opportunity to help you create a motivational program unique to you and your goals. The entire processes, and your results, are always kept confidential.

Q8. How many times can I use a Complimentary Guest Pass?

You can use your Free Guess Pass only once. We believe this complimentary time provides enough opportunity to fall in love with our incredible facility, staff, programs and amenities. This is also the perfect time to ask questions and explore suitable program options in-line with your fitness goals. Please note that once you have used any complementary guest pass, you name will be entered in our membership database.

Q9. How can I cancel my membership?

When you join Wynn Fitness, you decide what type of membership option is the best fit for you. A month-to- month non-obligated membership allows you the opportunity to cancel anytime with minimal notice and no cancellation fee. A committed membership can be cancelled within the period of obligation providing 14 days notice and a one-time cancellation fee as outlined in the agreement terms. Cancellation of a committed membership after the period of obligation is up simply requires written notice of your intention to cancel upon a specified date. Please review your membership options thoroughly to determine the best fit for you, and feel free to ask questions to make sure you understand the terms of the agreement you’ve chosen.
NOTE: All cancellations must be received in writing, so your request is documented and we are able to provide a copy of the cancellation form for your records.

Q10. What does the 10-Day Cooling off Period Mean?

The Ontario Consumer Protection Act (CPA) states that you are able to cancel your agreement anytime without reason, within 10 days of purchase by writing a cancellation letter to the business. Though we’d hate to see you go, If you’ve had a change of mind and decide to leave within 10 days of joining Wynn Fitness, simply send a letter via registered mail to your club location. Provide your full name, membership number and the date by which you would like your membership cancelled. This will provide us written verification of the date this request is received, and a receipt for your own records as well.
