Yoga Pilates Fusion Classes
The fusion of Pilates and Yoga remains a popular combination and for a good reason; given that many Pilates moves are inspired by traditional Yoga moves, this combo comes as a natural synergy. They both share several key principles like breathing, relaxation, concentration, centering, control, precision, whole-body movement, and balanced muscle development.
This Fusion is great cross training for anyone who wants to integrate a focus on core strengthening into their yoga practice. It is a faster-paced Mind Body class with moves that lengthen, strengthen and stretch your muscles used in everyday activities.
USEFUL TIPS: There are mats available in our fitness studios, however, you are welcome to bring your own Yoga mat. Please arrive on time and let your instructor know if it’s your first time.
