WynnMax* is a full body workout, and if your goals it to work on weight loss, strength building, cardio improvement, stepping up with your overall fitness game, then this class is for you. A lot of members opt to go for such intense workout during the lunch hour and always popular Heather’s classes, but evening sessions are available too. Our passionate trainers love nothing more but seeing members reaching their goals in this environment which allows for so much more personal growth through exercise.
