Wynndurance Sculpt Classes
Wynndurance is a class which is focusing on building the muscle endurance. The technique practiced here will isolate one body part, and then it will be sculpting and strengthening it for up to four consecutive minutes. That goes for legs, chest, back, biceps, triceps, shoulders and abs. By the end of the class, a full body workout will be completed.
The difference to other similar group classes is the fact that the participants of Wynndurance class will feel they are working past their muscle threshold to help make gains. The struggle is real but so are the results!
Pat Morton, the fitness instructor of this class at Wynn Fitness Club Richmond Hill, has been teaching for twenty years and Managing Group Exercise Programs for seventeen. Her experience, passion, and devotion to changing people’s lives made this class accessible to all fitness levels. While the exercises are intense, Pat can adjust them on the spot to better suit one’s readiness. Wynndurance really is a class for anyone who is looking to strengthen and tone their muscles. USEFUL TIPS: Come to the class in proper fitness clothes and athletic footwear, a bottle of water and a towel. Please arrive on time and let your instructor know if it’s your first time.
