Wynn Tabata Classes
The Tabata protocol is a high-intensity training regimen that produces remarkable results. A Tabata workout represents intervals of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four minutes.
The great thing about Tabata is that you can do pretty much any exercise you wish, from squats and burpees to even kettlebell exercises! That’s where our inspiring instructors come into play, being creative in selecting the moves and incorporating them into programs which will challenge your endurance and speed.
This class is just the perfect supplement to your fitness routine that comes with significant fitness gains. Doing as little as one Tabata, which is 4 minutes, can increase your aerobic and anaerobic capacity, resting metabolic rate, and can help you burn more fat than for example an entire hour of running on the treadmill.
USEFUL TIPS: Definitely bring a towel and a bottle of water. Please arrive on time and let your instructor know if it’s your first time.
