Studies are proving over and over again that high-intensity-interval-training is one of the best workout programs, delivering many benefits. It is known to lose fat much faster than the continuous steady-state exercises, while also burning a lot of calories and building muscle. High-Intensity-Interval-Training consists of bursts of intense cardio form in alternating sets followed by a brief recovery. In comparison to some other workouts, with H.I.I.T there are more results to be gained while spending less time exercising.
This class allows participants to work harder than they usually do to challenge themselves and see performance gains in all their other workouts. H.I.I.T. class at Wynn Fitness Clubs is an advanced class, and it is not formatted for beginners. It incorporates very athletic movements with minimal choreography, which makes it more attractive to men as well.
There are some early morning slots of this class in our Fitness Group Classes Schedule, which is undoubtedly an optimum way to wake up, get sweaty and have a great start of the day.
USEFUL TIPS: Come to the class in proper fitness clothes and athletic footwear, a bottle of water and a towel. Please arrive on time and let your instructor know if it’s your first time.
