Glutes and Core Classes
It’s time to get specific with Glutes and Core Class and target the body parts that tend to get lazy. When you think that most people sit for a significant portion of the day, it’s understandable how glutes get under-utilized. The gluteus maximus (our strongest bum muscle) is one of the largest and most powerful muscles in the body and represents the building block of an overall strong physique. Focusing on the glutes, we are also working on the rest of the lower body too, and while getting strong, we are avoiding potential injuries.
A strong core, from our shoulders all the way to our hips, will also improve our athletic performance and can deliver that ripped look. A lot of the exercises are done using the mat, and while they predominantly target abs, we are sculpting all other muscles in the core, including hips, glutes, and back.
This class is for all levels of fitness.
