Cardio Dance & Groove Classes
Cardio Dance & Groove class is aerobic workout focused on endurance while having fun and breaking a sweat. The Groove is for everybody, all ages, every level, and it is meant to bring back the community into the fitness environment. The intensity of the movement can be moderated to fit your pace and/or range of motion. This class is a musical journey, and it will take you from the 70’s disco to soca, house, r&b.
As we consider exercising our bodies, the most important thing is to keep in mind the joy and benefits of movement, the joy of community, the joy of dancing and having fun together.
USEFUL TIPS: Wear comfortable clothing and have some water with you.
