Cardio Box-Fit / Kickbox Classes
Are you ready for a real high-intensity workout? Then the Cardio Kickboxing group fitness class is where you will kick and punch your way to fitness. This high-energy class combines martial arts; cardiovascular and resistance work to improve strength, agility and balance. All levels welcome.
In this extremely effective, 45-minute workout, you will be doing lot of repetition of powerful body movements – hand jab, back-hand cross, 1/2 squat, side body-punch block, back-side body-punch block, front kick and much more.
Our expert team of Wynn Fitness Professionals have designed this class to burn that stubborn fat and get you into your peak shape. Be rest assured, besides burning tons of calories, increasing your stamina and losing weight, you will become stronger, healthier and happier.

Cardio kickboxing is all about accomplishing strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. You can burn up to 800 calories in a single 45 to 60-minute session by giving it all you’ve got. Quick and consistent movements of both your arms and legs will also increase your power, speed and agility.
