Bootcamp class will push your limits, maximizing your work rate and developing strength, stability, power, and mobility. Each session consists of circuit training with weighted exercises in focus whether utilizing the mix of equipment or body weight, and some variation of High-Intensity-Interval Training worked in. Not only does this class build and strengthen your muscle but it is quite beneficial to your cardiovascular fitness too.
Bootcamp class is typically intermediate, but it can be suitable for anyone; high and low impact options can be given to cater to different fitness levels. Either way, you will be challenged, you will train like an athlete. Those with a goal of losing weight often achieve impressive results attending the Bootcamp classes.
USEFUL TIPS: Come to the class hydrated and fueled to work. Bring a bottle of water and a towel. Please arrive on time and let your instructor know if it’s your first time.
