Body Sculpt Classes
Body Sculpt is a muscle conditioning and endurance class for the whole body, which puts a great deal of focus on correcting the posture. By the use of Body Bars, dumbbells, and Step platforms, it challenges and sculpts your muscles. High-Intensity-Interval Training, weight lifting, plyometrics, tabatas and Fusion Mind Body are all used to have you moving in functional and effective ways that you haven’t seen – or felt – before. And it is all doable!
Our skilled and passionate instructors would first consider your current ability, and then they’d carefully challenge you out of your comfort zone, ensuring that you always keep the proper form – the only way you can get stronger.
Body Sculpt classes are excellent for people who live “modern” lifestyle spending a lot of time in the forward bending position when using smartphones and computers. This class is beneficial because it works towards the whole-body aligning and opening.
USEFUL TIPS: Come to the class in workout attire, supportive cross-training shoes, with a bottle of water and a towel. Please arrive on time and let your instructor know if it’s your first time.
