Body Blast Classes
Want to stretch your limits and take your fitness to a whole new level? If you want to regain control of your body and the way you look in the mirror, then challenge yourself at one of the most popular classes at Wynn Fitness where you will work intensely on muscle conditioning for your entire body. Body Blast is an interval training workout in which you will be using Body Bars and Step platforms to strengthen and tone your hips, thighs, chest, back, shoulders and arms.
Please arrive on time and let your instructor know if it’s your first time. Don’t forget to bring your towel!
