This class starts with a 30-minutes challenging bike exercise that comes with a lot of discomforts but still enough rest and recuperation points. Without some pain there is no growth, so you will be pushed consistently, making this ride super-effective in getting your heart rate up, and your legs worked up. You are sure to be sweating like never before!
From there, the class transitions into muscle-building and strengthening segment, and 30-minutes core-focused exercises that will earn you a few extra calories to indulge that day.

USEFUL TIPS: Bring a bottle of water and a light hoodie that you may or may not use. Pedal clips and a sweat towel are good to have but not necessary.
