WynnMap: This is our innovative orientation program to help get you started on your fitness journey. It is a complimentary program offered to all of our members. It provides you with three hours of personalized one-on-one instruction, guidance, and training with your very own personal trainer during your first thirty days. WynnMap consists of three, one-hour sessions, each designed to help you be successful and set you on the right path to achieving greatness.
WynnPhysio: This is our leading edge training program created by our team of expert physiotherapists. The program utilizes cutting-edge and innovate physiotherapy to meet the needs of both non-members and members, based upon their individual needs. WynnPhysio covers a wide range of treatments and therapies, such as treatment for physical injuries, muscular imbalances, back pain, weight loss, and injury prevention.
Twist Wynn: The Twist Wynn Sport Conditioning Centre and related program is not your typical “fitness” gym. Rather we use unique techniques and fitness tools in place of traditional fitness machines, to integrate and to develop your inner athlete.
Private Training: Wynn Fitness Clubs understand it can be hard to stay on track and accomplish your fitness goals. Our personal training program is the perfect solution as you will receive the motivation and inspiration you require to reach your goals faster, whether you are looking to lose weight, increase muscle mass, improve cardio-vascular, or build stamina.
Group Fitness: Wynn Fitness Clubs offer a variety of energetic, fun, and exciting group fitness classes and programs for people who have similar goals and like working in a group environment. Some of the types of group fitness classes we offer include spinning, yoga, body blast, cardio box-fit/kickboxing, Pilates, step, and Zumba.
Please keep in mind the classes and programs available can and do vary, based upon the location of the Wynn Fitness Club.
